Introducing SilkPin

The loveliest thing about my little indoor garage sale the other week was the opportunity to meet a few of you lovely people who actually read my blog. It was so nice to be able to say hello in person and made me think I really should have set up a little crafting / blogging get-together while I was in Sydney. Anyway I digress, one such lovely person that came along was Mel, it was so lovely chatting with her and hubby Matt, much like chatting to an old friend {poor them I nattered on about how sad I am to be leaving Sydney!}. Mel & friend Justine have just set up SilkPin, an online home accessories store specialising in beautiful textiles. The designs are so cute with gorgeous illustrations; stylish detailing and they are all handmade in a little studio in Sydney…

Look, your blog is sweet… so, it’s not free criticism, but ‘whole lotta lovely’ is not correct and I don’t think it’s funny when adults write wrong on purpose.
Second, you could certanly find some other nice options for your subtitle. This ‘desire & inspire’ is way too much ‘inspired’ on the notorious blog Desire to Inspire. Plagiarism seems to be a neverending problem on the internet.
    Good luck!

Thanks for your comment – Sorry that my title offends you but I rather like it! As a stylist who’s work is published in magazines and on many blogs I’m very aware of “ripping off” and plagiarism. When I created my blog two years ago I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t know the “super blog” that is Desire To Inspire. The problem with the internet is that even when you truely believe you have an original idea you later discover somebody beat you to it!
