Packing is underway…

One of the low points of moving to Australia is having to downsize and get rid of some of my lovely furniture…like this 1950’s industrial steel filing cabinet which Simon’s put on ebay today {it’s in need of a good home!}. My lovely little house is suddenly looking very bare

Oh be still my industrial organizing furniture heart!

Alas I am too far away to scoop this up.
It is too sad for words to have to part with this lovely piece…

      Hey Lise,
Thanks for saying hello. I’m heading to Sydney and {fingers crossed} hopefully continuing to work as an interiors stylist. I’m so excited but also starting to panic right now!

Marie, enjoy the journey to your new home down under! You will love it! I’m originally from Sydney, though live in Melbourne. Having lived in the UK a few times years ago, feel like its my second home but you can’t beat an Aussie summer which you’re about to hit, great time to arrive. BTW love your blog! Hugs, Lise :^)
