A little bit about me…

I’m a twenty something girl form the Uk who’s love of all things home stems back to childhood days. Infact, looking back I think I’ve always been a stylist, {ever since building stylish homes for my Barbie dolls from cardboard boxes and a little bit of sticky backed plastic} I just didn’t know it yet. It was after graduating from a photography degree that I discovered my dream job and the wonderful world of the interiors stylist.
After 6 years working for Ideal Home magazine in London I decided it was time to fly the nest and follow my dreams. Packing up my bags, leaving behind the home I’ve spent the past 3 years creating & heading for the other side of the world to work as a freelance stylist in Sydney…and that’s where I am now, sharing all that inspires me, from here in Australia, back home in the UK and everything in between. Thank you for joining me on my little adventure

I just love your blog. Our company is a small, family-owned letterpress printer in Northern California. I was astounded at how much some letterpress printers are charging brides, and have set out to make letterpress more affordable.

We’ve developed a special offer of 100 letterpress invitations and enclosure cards for only $398. This is an incredible deal, and I’m looking for additional ways to get the word out. I’d be flattered if you’d deem us worthy of mention!

You can view our gallery and site at:

Of course, letterpress is best seen up close and personal, so I’d be happy to send you samples of our work.

    Thanks,
    Trish Jackson

    Aye up!

Glad to see you’re both still having fun over there and it’s all going well for you.

Are you ever coming back though, or will we have to wait until we’re out there to see you again? (Melissa will be Mrs Northerner by then!)

Tell Simon my stag do is on the 22nd May though so he really needs to be back for that..

    Love Northerner

If you’d like a few words for your blog or some photos just let me know. Equally if you need any help or ideas when you get back here just contact me…. All the best, Camilla

Hi Marie, I’m trying to add wholelottalovely to my blogroll on Blogger and it won’t appear – I’ve tried several times, but to no avail. I just wondered if you know if anyone else has had difficulties in doing this? I love your blog – it would be such a shame if I couldn’t feature it on mine.

    Thanks, Rebecca
